Harley Quinn – Since her introduction as the awestruck lover of the Joker, she has managed to awe audiences with her antihero roles. But wouldn't it be better if she stuck to roles that were more inclined towards the betterment of society? After all, she has proven to be a valued addition to Batman more than once.

With recent skyrocketing popularity and a show dedicated to herself, Harley Quinn is in the new talk of Justice League town. Yes, we are talking over Batman and Superman level talks. In a recent interview, Margot Robbie stated that the director of Birds of Prey, Cathy Yan, wanted the character to be of both qualities. She had to have villain qualities as well as a softer side. Robbie mentioned, "I had to keep being like, 'She's a bad person, still. She can't be good. She is a sh*tty person.'" Fans have been making up a lot of commotion on the internet regarding the future of this character.

We think she will make an excellent addition to the team. Here's why!

1.      Her Combat Skills are Beyond Doubt

Before being called down like a crazy lunatic, HQ was one of the best fighters in DC. She was a lady who was able to take on almost anybody. Together with her clown makeup and that giant baseball bat or mallet, she definitely should have been a welcome force for Justice League. Her somersaults and backflips that she used to dodge the blowing punches were also a thing of wonder.

2.      Her hatred for the Joker

Who else is to be on the Justice Leagues' side when they fight THE JOKER better than HQ. When Mr. J broke up with Harley, it was very clear that she was devastated, picking up her pieces. Mr. J, however, moved on without showing much remorse. Who better than a scorned lover to help the Justice League fight their biggest enemy?

3.      She can be a team player.

If kept in check, HQ can be a good team player. When teamed with the correct people, we have repeatedly seen that HQ can be a good addition to the team.Though she isn't completely selfish, she can well adjust to the request of others when convenient to her.

4.      Her degree as a psychiatrist

While she has proven that she can be pretty unstable at times, HQ still has a degree in psychiatry. In the comic Heroes in Crisis, she has proven that even heroes sometimes need mental stability and health. She may have traded her doctors court for a ponytail and shorts. However, she still definitely needs to be on the list of Justice League's recruits as her ability to diagnose people has proven to be a boon for people more times than anyone can count.

5.      She has a great dynamic already going on with Batman.

For years HQ has been like a sidekick to Batman, through the thick and thin of finding THE JOKER. Their common hatred for Mr. J is what brought them together in the first place, and the two have even teamed up for a small romance ever since. If only they could find a way to build trust in one another and even work together, the duo would make for a great addition to the new Justice League.

6.      Keeps her grounded

Being part of a team keeps Harley grounded. While staying with a team provides her stability, she is also very calm when somebody else calls the shots. She can then tap into her innermost talents and bring about the best of her for the team.

7.      Friendship

She needs somebody to team up with. Before the Joker, HQ was lonely. She had no friends. That is why it was so easy for the Joker to pull her into her team. If the Justice League can fill this void in her life, there is no denying the fact that she can prove to be a great addition to the team. She has also now learned that true friendship is when the other person is not trying to harm you.

8.      Her desire to be a superhero

Her craving to be a superhero and part of the team are well-acknowledged in the comics. She may be a constant bother to the Trinity, but she does so because of a need to become the same. Incorporating her in the Justice League might be a super fire way to ensure that the team goes up way ahead of their usual plan.

9.      It will be a fun experience for her.

While it is necessary for HQ to talk to herself, there is only so much of that she can manage. Talking to dead or unconscious people may be an option, but how long can that be fun. If something needs to be fun and satisfying, it has to be a team, where members actually listen to each other. HQ would definitely benefit from gloating her successes to a team of live people.

10.  She can act on her heart.

The best example of this would be the Suicide Squad, where she happily gave up the Enchantress' offer and moves in favor of the Suicide Squad family. She took a group of women, the Gang of Harleys, under her wing. She also happens to be an animal lover who liberates animals of Gotham Zoo and a pet store. She can do all these good acts while being on a team and even actually do them better.

While all of this holds together in her favor, we can never undermine the fact that her own creator would much like her to be on the villain side. There is also talk of her being the new super-villain, where she takes over the crime world from Joker and is even more vicious. After all, as a villain, she was practically immune.
