More trouble in Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s divorce?

According to sources, Kanye "Ye" West’s attorney, Samantha Spector has stepped down from her position as the rapper’s divorce case attorney. Ye's divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian is presently in the works. Samantha Spector has filed a motion to be relieved as counsel for Kanye "Ye" West in his divorce case with Kim Kardashian, according to the court documents that were obtained by ET.

The reason that Samantha Spector has mentioned in her motion to be reinstated as counsel for Kanye ‘Ye’ West is irreconcilable breakdown in the attorney-client relationship, which eventually forced her to file the motion to move ahead with her life and step away from Kimye’s divorce proceedings.

Samantha Spector, who has previously represented Nicole Young during her divorce from Dr. Dre., stated that she has communicated with Kanye "Ye" West through his new attorney, Deborah Hong, as well as via email and through the mail. She stated in the motion filed that she and Deborah Hong had communicated.

Samantha Spector was brought in to handle the divorce case for the rapper after Kanye West fired Chris Melcher ahead of Kim Kardashian’s March hearing where she was legally declared single and Kanye West had complained of Kim Kardashian keeping the kids away from him. Deborah Hong is an out-of-state attorney from Pennsylvania who does not specialize in divorce but is currently handling all of Ye’s communication. Kanye West was against Kim Kardashian being declared single legally because he argued that such a move could have adverse effects on their attempt to resolve their legal disputes.

Back in March, it was also reported that Kanye West was looking forward to putting a formal custody agreement in place for the former couple’s four kids. According to reports at the time, Kanye West told his lawyer that he wanted a more formal custody agreement with Kim Kardashian because he felt like he was not able to spend as much time as he wanted with the kids, although he was allowed to see the kids whenever he wanted within reason, but they stay with Kim Kardashian.

It is not the first time Ye has mentioned that he does not get to spend time with the kids, as he revealed on his social media that he was not invited to their daughter Chicago’s birthday party, to which Kim later clarified that Chicago was supposed to have two birthday parties, which was decided by Ye himself. Also, he was later spotted at the birthday party with Kris Jenner.

Kanye West decided to take the high road when he mentioned to Kim Kardashian that he was going on a social media cleanse and getting the help he needed to get better. This decision came after the rapper was blocked by the Meta for 24 hours after he used a racial slur for Trevor Noah that was not appropriate and for his continuous public attacks on Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

In a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian was heard apologizing to her entire family because of how Kanye West has treated them and said, while discussing his public tirades, that all she can do right now is control how she reacts to something before adding that she cannot control how he treats her, them, or anyone she knows. Kim Kardashian said to her family that she would never let him treat her family in a bad way, especially now when she is feeling at her strongest.

Kim Kardashian has also mentioned in previous interviews that even though Kanye and she are separating, he will always be family and the father of her kids, and she will protect that image as much as she can. The beauty mogul, who is currently in a relationship with Pete Davidson, clarified that she would never want her kids to not like their father, so she will always take the high road and not say something or do something that she could regret later.
