Singer Billie Eilish is standing up for Charlie Puth in an on-going TikTok feud with producer and songwriter Benny Blanco. 

According to reports, singer Benny Blanco has been posting Tik Tok videos slamming and insulting Charlie Puth for everything from his voice to his music which has left the fans wondering about what has gone down between the singers. 

Benny Blanco and Charlie Puth have worked together and had appeared on an Instagram live last year and people assumed that the ‘feud’ between the two is a prank or possible publicity stunt. But Charlie Puth addressed the Benny Blanco’s videos that were directed towards him in November stating, "You know, man, these videos were really funny at first. I don’t exactly know why you’ve been so mean to me these past couple of months, but it does genuinely hurt my feelings. I used to look up to you and I don’t know where all this is coming from."

Soon, Benny Blanco replied to the singer with doubling his aggressive remarks towards Charlie and said, "I know why I made this video, because you’re a f**kin’ loser. Look at you: You sit in a room all day and make TikToks… Dude, what the hell’s wrong with you? Look at your hair. It looks like you’ve got a toupee or a wig on or something. Get a grip and get a f**king haircut."

And now, Billie Eilish has decided to step up in favour of singer Charlie Puth as she posted Benny Blanco’s video and responded, "What do you do all day, Benny? The same thing. Literally, the same thing." Charlie Puth reached out to appreciate Billie for stepping in for him and commented on her post, “Thank you.”

Recently, Benny Blanco posted a video on his TikTok in which a random selection filter over his head as a voiceover said, “Whatever this filter tells me to do in 2022, you guys hold me accountable for it because I’ll do it.” The random filter selection stopped at ‘make up with Charlie Puth’ and Benny Blanco captioned the video, “that there’s always next year.”

While fans could not figure out if this feud was a prank or publicity stunt or it’s real but they surely did appreciate Billie Eilish standing up for an artist. Fans have queries and commented on the posts, "Is the beefing b/w Benny and Charlie actually real??, I legit thought they were friends and he was joking."

Talking about Charlie Puth, he recently had some encouraging words for a TikTok star, Axel Webber, who shared that he has been rejected from The Juilliard School. Axel said that his letter from the school read, "As you are already aware, due to our callback process, you are no longer under consideration for admission for Fall 2022”, and mentioned that he has to find a different way to become an actor. 

Charlie Puth responded to Axel in his video by writing, "Hey friend...I also didn't get into Juilliard ... but things ended up being just fine for me. I cried too." Charlie later shared his wisdom via video and said, "Not only did I not get into Juilliard, but I didn't get into five of these 'prestigious' schools that I wanted to get into that I thought would better my career. While I do think school is great, and I did end up going to Berklee [College of Music], a prestigious conservatory for the arts is not going to be the thing that defines your career as an actor. It certainly wasn't the only and most important thing that made my career happen. We experience rejection every day of our lives. And as hard as it is to swallow in the moment, it's the thing that pushes you further creatively. It pushes my music, and it's going to push your acting as well."

Grammy nominated singer further said, “You, Axel, do not need to worry at all. I like your videos a lot, there's something very special about you. And I like your tiny apartment. You're gonna be OK bro, I promise." Charlie Puth captioned the video, "To Axel and anyone that has experienced rejection."
