Blac Chyna is in legal trouble!
After losing her $108 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians and Jenners, Blac Chyna has landed herself in trouble once again as, according to sources, she is under criminal investigation for the battery as she was reported for kicking a woman at a bar.
According to sources close to the Los Angeles Police Department, Blac Chyna was named as a suspect in a battery report filed on Friday, and the victim is identified as Sequoya King, who reported that Blac Chyna physically assaulted her during a dispute in a Los Angeles bar.
Sequoya King claims that Blac Chyna took her phone out of her hand and threw it onto the ground, causing damage, along with stating that she kicked her in the stomach, which made Sequoya King fall onto the ground and mentioned that Blac Chyna attacked her because she believed that Sequoya King was recording her at the bar without her permission, which Sequoya King has denied.
Blac Chyna has refused to comment on any of the allegations that Sequoya King mentioned to the police. Blac Chyna has recently lost the lawsuit against the Kardashians and Jenners, which she initially filed in 2017, stating that the family members had tried to tarnish her reputation and her brand on social media, along with using her influence to get her show ‘Rob and Chyna’ canceled.
It was reported that although the jury said that they did find any evidence supporting Blac Chyna’s claim against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, they did not believe the Kardashians and Jenners either when they mentioned that Blac Chyna assaulted Rob Kardashian. Blac’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, stated that they are planning to appeal the verdict as they believe that the Kardashians gaslighted the jury with their story.
Blac Chyna will soon meet Rob Kardashian once again in the coming weeks in the courtroom as they have a separate lawsuit to be taken under the law which is about Rob Kardashian’s act of posting Blac Chyna’s nudes on the internet. Kris Jenner and Rob Kardashian while testifying in the previous lawsuit stated that she had tried to strangle Rob Kardashian after she wrapped a cord around his neck and pointed a gun at him at various occasions. The second season of the show was canceled because the makers mentioned that Rob and Chyna had made filming the season one so hard for them because they had refused to be in the same room.
Tokyo Toni, Blac Chyna's mother, has set up a GoFundMe campaign to seek money for an appeal against the case. After 96 donations, the campaign has raised a little over $1,200 (£970) toward a goal of $40,000 (£32,000).
