According to the reports, Kanye West, who is nominated for five awards at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, has been prohibited from performing at the award ceremony by the Recording Academy.
In a social media post, The Game shared on Friday that everyone knew that the decision to ban Kanye West from performing at the Grammys in 2022 was coming and it was confirmed by Ye’s representative that the rapper was prohibited from performing at the ceremony after the Recording Academy felt concerned by Ye’s recent online activity, referencing the racial slur used by Ye in Trevor Noah’s post.
Kanye West’s Instagram was also suspended for 24 hours by Meta for hate speech, harassment, and cyberbullying. Trevor Noah is not the only victim of Kanye’s social media activity, but his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, Pete Davidson, Dave Sirus, and a lot of other celebrities have also been attacked by the rapper.
The Game shared a message that was meant to make the Black artists including entertainers, athletes, actors, producers, writers, directors, etc. remind to understand what the industry has been trying to do with them. He added that on several occasions, they have showcased that they only want to steal the black culture and not allow them to be a part of it or their equals. He also hinted that the decision by the Recording Academy "could have" also been taken because of Ye’s recent activity with Trevor Noah, as he is the one hosting the show.
The Game added that we can all say that they all keep disrespecting them and all the black artists have brought to the table in terms of entertainment, media, and sports over the last 100 years. The rapper continued that he has never been afraid to speak his mind and no one should be scared to do that.
Kanye West released a music video titled "Eazy" which went viral as it showcased the claymation of Pete Davidson being kidnapped, tired, and buried. The video also featured The Game, and, according to sources, Kim Kardashian was furious about the video as she thought it was too violent and was upset that Kanye West would go to this extent to hurt her. Kanye West did remove the video, but it was still viewed by nearly everyone, including Pete!
The Game also went on to say that all the narratives surrounding Kanye West's mental health struggles are incorrect and that he cannot sleep at night knowing that people are trying to push the narratives incorrectly among the masses to create a mindset that the person (Kanye West) in question is insane and has issues that cannot be repaired.

This could refer to the part where Pete Davidson urged Ye to let him help him as Pete himself deals with mental health issues along with Trevor Noah's mention of therapy as therapy and one should take it if they need it.
Kanye West is nominated for five Grammys this year including Best Rap Song, Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Rap Album, and Album of the Year. He is also nominated for the album of the year as a producer for Lil Nas X’s debut album, "Montero". Five out of four of his nominations are for his recent release 'Donda'.
The 64th annual Grammy Awards are scheduled to take place on April 3rd, 2022, and The Daily Show host, Trevor Noah, is all set to grace the stage as the host.
