Paige Lorenze recently appeared on Sofia Franklyn’s Sofia with an F podcast and shared her thoughts on her linkup with Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron.
Paige said that she felt like Tyler Cameron was using her to create a media storm and promote an upcoming launch and explained that people might think that she would sound narcissistic because Tyler Cameron is famous and has a pretty insane following, but she genuinely felt that he was using her for attention.
Paige Lorenze added that during their time together, Tyler Cameron would look at her story views, which were getting comparatively more views, and he would jokingly say that maybe he needed a scandal. Paige Lorenze, who made headlines for dating Morgan Wallen and Armie Hammer, two controversial celebrities, disclosed that the former couple met through a friend at a party.
Paige mentioned that even though she does not like that about herself, she has a lot of shit in the media about her because of her past relationships with Morgan Wallen and Armie Hammer, and maybe Tyler Cameron saw it as an opportunity to create some buzz around him because he is launching something soon. Paige clarified that she was not stating that Tyler did not like her, but the fact that he wanted to go public about them so fast makes her think that maybe his upcoming launch was one of the reasons.
Back in July, it was reported that Paige Lorenze and Tyler Cameron were dating, and the Bachelorette alum made their relationship official when he posted a picture on his social media in early August and captioned it "date cruise". A week later, Tyler Cameron announced that the couple were not dating anymore and were taking a step back, explaining that the timing was not right for them and announcing that he was single.
Tyler Cameron continued that both of them are doing their own thing, but they both have massive love and respect for each other even though the relationship did not work out. Paige Lorenze also confirmed to Page Six that she is single and is focusing on her career at the moment, explaining that their decision to go separate ways was mature and amicable and that no drama or bad blood was involved.
Paige added that she has always made these large life adjustments for her partners in the past, but now she is going to focus on herself and where she wants to take her career. She stated that it feels good to finally be comfortable with being selfish and putting herself first, and she is excited to see what awaits her in the future. She said that her focus and priority have to be her clothing brand, for which she has to be in New York City at the moment.
When Tyler Cameron announced their split, Paige Lorenze felt that it was weird to witness him talk to the media about their breakup and mentioned that she was not embarrassed, but she decided to step away since it seemed wrong to her.
Tyler Cameron has not commented on Paige's comments.
