It looks like Chris Noth was barely treading on a thin line in his career. When a single-sex offense accusation was made against him, all his years of carefully making a career came tumbling down like dominoes as more and more women come forward to speak against what he had done to them.

Within a few weeks of a gap, three different women had committed crimes against the otherwise famed Hollywood actor, but now in the mere gap of one day, two accusations are facing Chris Noth. The Law and Order star was accused by Lisa Gentile of being "sexually victimized," as the singer's lawyer, Gloria Allred, put it. She stated that the actor had "sexually abused" her back in 2002, forcing himself on her to kiss and grope her.

The singer revealed her horrifying ordeal, saying, “I was trying to get him to stop,” and went to unravel the Hollywood privilege that Chris Noth enjoyed. Apparently, a day after being assaulted, the formerly revered actor had contacted Gentile and said that she “ever told a soul about what happened the night before, that he would ruin my career, I would never sing again, and he would blacklist me in the business.”

Typical of the famed and the famous in Hollywood, Chris Noth seemed to have a terrible sway over his peers in the industry. While the actor has still not said anything about the singer's claims that come about two decades after the original crime, he had accused the previous three victims of spreading “categorically false" lies against him.

Similar to the tale of most other women who have come forward with their accounts of abuse, Gentile also shared that she met Noth in a restaurant in New York City back in 1998. The two became friends and would discuss music, but one night in 2022, Noth offered the lady a ride back home and asked if he wanted to see where she lived.

Because the two were on friendly terms, the singer agreed, and that star began his forced assault almost right away. “I quickly became uncomfortable,” shared the actress in the Thursday conference she held and added that the actor progressively became “more aggressive.”

“I kept pushing his hands down while he was pushing mine up. I was trying to get him to stop." She added, "I finally managed to push him away and get out of his grasp and yelled, ‘No, I don’t want this.’“ “He became extremely angry and started screaming, calling me a ‘tease’ and a ‘bitch,'” and then “stormed out” of her home.

The terrifying visit was followed by a call from Noth the next day warning her not to tell anyone about the events. “I was afraid to come forward because of Mr. Noth’s power and his threats to ruin my career,” said the star. Noth was at the peak of his career, starring both in Law and Order and Sex and The City at the time.

Spurred by the other women brave enough to speak about their abuse at the hands of Noth, Gentile told that she too got the courage to speak up and hope for a change in the law concerning sexual abuse. Though it has been 20 years since the crime took place, the singer's attorney shared that Gentile “believes it is time for the law to change, and that is why she is speaking out today.” Standing in solidarity with the other women who accused Noth, Gentile added, “I believe we should have our day in court to hold Mr. Noth accountable for what he did.”

There is considerable speculation if there will be a change in the law where Support for Statute of Limitations is concerned. Yet, the film industry has learned its lesson about associating with sex offenders, and the brands partnering with Noth have already dropped their campaigns.

However, this is not all of Noth's crime. Amidst the sex crime allegation and Statute of Limitations change calls, another shocking story has resurfaced. Recently, it was once again revealed that Noth's former girlfriend of five years back in the 1990s had demanded a restraining order against the actor. The news headline clips from decades ago show a headline from the National Enquirer's 1995 issue, reading: “Shocking Court Papers Claim Top Model Battered By ‘Law & Order’ Star.”

Page Six unraveled the mystery stating that the model had accused the actor of strangling her and trying to "kill" her. The mode had said, “Chris Noth punched me in the chest and ribs, injuring my ribs, making it difficult to breathe, punching and bruising my face and body in which I had to have medical attention.” said Beverly Johnson

“On July 27, 1995, he made repeated threats on my life, making up to 25 calls per day threatening to kill me, destroy my face. Threatened to kill the dog." Another headline from two years ago at the time in 1993 had claimed that Johnson had punched Noth in the face during a movie premiere.

Adding to the mounting tales of allegations against Chris Noth, a stand-in actress for Kristin Davis from the sets of Sex in the City also accused Chris Noth of derogatory, “disgusting” and “toxic” behavior. While the castmates of Noth from the series have already shared their support for the survivors of his crimes.

Lisa Gentile and her attorney Allred now want the actresses also to endorse their campaign for support for the Statute of Limitations to make a change. The lawyer said, “Lisa and I appreciate their words of support. And now we urge Sarah, Cynthia, and Kristin to take action, to speak out in support of the adult survivors act. Their endorsement of this act would be important.”
