Zachary Levi defends James Gunn and Peter Safran.

Shazam! was notably portrayed by actor Zachary Levi who has now decided to come in support of James Gunn and Peter Safran, the recently named co-chiefs of DC Studios.

During an Instagram live, actor Zachary Levi expressed his support for DC Studios and the newly hired co-chiefs James Gunn and Peter Safran. After it was announced that actor Henry Cavill may no longer play Superman after he announced his comeback in October, and recent news that comes from Dwayne Johnson there wouldn't be a Black Adam sequel at this time, along with speculations that Wonder Woman 3 may also have been shelved, the studio came under fire. James Gunn clarified that Henry Cavill will no longer be returning as Superman because they have been working on a script that showcases the life of Superman from his initial days.

Fans of the DC Universe were advised by Zachary Levi to give James Gunn and Peter Safran some time to craft something exceptional since the audience is unaware of the reasons underlying any of the decisions being made. There is an absurd volume of speculation, rumors, controversy, and bullshit that circulates on Instagram and Twitter Zachary said adding that it is just ridiculously funny.

The actor proceeded to explain that he just intended to tell the audience to be calm and let James and Peter have some space and opportunity to try and create something incredible. Zachary also mentioned that in his opinion, Zack Snyder attempted to invent something for DC that did not come to pass. He continued by claiming that James Gunn and Peter Safran are not only selecting characters based on their individual preferences while developing their vision for the DC world. While trying to satisfy as many people or a large portion of the public as possible, they are making a decision that seems to be best for Warner Bros., DC, that studio, and the organization.

The Shazam actor followed by telling his ardent DC fans that it is indeed okay if they are out there and appreciate the past events. However, they should be aware that a significant portion of the population dislikes those things, and they ought to continuously strive to attract and satisfy as many individuals as they can. He believes Peter and James are aiming to do this since that is their goal in the entertainment business. And it's not a simple situation; they were given a lot of stuff that was already in conflict with one other. So, folks, he said to please give them a break, breathe easily, breathe in deeply. The actor said to the fans that for the love of God, it's the holidays, and they should go and enjoy what the holidays are, give them some time to enjoy the holidays, and let’s see what happens on the other side of this.

"Shazam! Fury of the Gods," featuring Zachary Levi is expected to be out on March 17, 2023 and the actor exclaimed over the follow-up during an Instagram Live, stating that the sequel is even finer than the first one and that the previous one was fucking incredible. But he stated that he trusts James Gunn and Peter Safran's concept, even if "Shazam 2" doesn't fare well financially. The actor proceeded by saying that while he has no clue what will ultimately happen to him, he feels that he is in a great spot since they created a terrific movie and are confident that it will perform well—reasonably well, he believes.

Zachary echoed his statement, but in any event, if they decide that this is the course we must take, those will be the breaks, and that is how it works. James Gunn recently shared a social media message saying that when both he and Peter took the positions, they were aware that there might be turbulence and that they oftentimes would have to make challenging decisions, especially in light of the contentious nature of what was before them. In contrast to their role as artists and curators in contributing to a diversified and wonderful future for DC, he said, this is inconsequential. James asked fans to wait for some time before their announce the exciting projects they have lined up for the DC fans.
