TRIGGERED WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reached a settlement.

According to TMZ and Page Six, in a shocking turn of events, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna reached a settlement for the revenge porn lawsuit on the day the selection of jurors was scheduled to begin.

According to Page Six, a clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court informed the publication that the exes have agreed to reach a settlement. Although not much information is available at the moment, it was reported that potential jurors were already lined up outside the courthouse but were dismissed because of the last-minute update.

The announcement of the former couple's settling comes after the judge denied Rob Kardashian’s motion to enforce a previous settlement on Friday and the trial was set. In his motion, Rob Kardashian had filed that Blac Chyna had agreed to drop the revenge porn lawsuit if he could help her with another lawsuit that was filed against both of them by Pilot Jones. That statement read that she had now backed out of an agreement and should be asked to settle the lawsuit as it was agreed upon. Rob Kardashian's attorney said that both Blac Chyna and her attorney Lynne Ciani acted in bad faith.

Blac Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, mentioned that Blac Chyna is very pleased with the court’s decision to deny the motion filed by Rob Kardashian, and now she is gearing up to face him once again and stand up for herself. Lynne clarified that Rob Kardashian had broken the rules under the California law as he went ahead to disclose the details of the settlement and added that Blac Chyna has the right to share whether there is any ongoing settlement situation with her ex-fiance or not and if there will be any, the reality TV star will firstly share it with the court and then media.

Rob Kardashian had posted explicit pictures of Blac Chyna in 2017 as a part of their tumultuous falling out and ending their engagement, and those explicit images included a picture of Blac Chyna’s vagina, which according to Rob Kardashian at the time, the reality TV star sent him in a text message after he requested it so that he could ejaculate before showering. Rob Kardashian wrote in the caption at the time that he had never been so disappointed in his life, and he added that he had bought her $250K of jewelry and said that this woman is so disrespectful and he does not care.

Another one was a video of Blac Chyna in bed with another man and he wrote in the caption that Blac Chyna just sent him that video to say happy 4th of July and said come and spend time with your daughter instead of fucking him and then this dude (in the video) right afterward. Blac Chyna had obtained a restraining order against Rob Kardashian and Robert Shapiro, who represented Rob Kardashian at the time, issued an apology on behalf of his client. The apology read that he apologizes on behalf of Rob Kardashian and offered his regrets for what had taken place in the past couple of days and urged everyone to move forward to do everything that is in the best interest of the child.

Over the past few weeks, Blac Chyna’s attorney mentioned that Blac Chyna is proceeding with the case for her daughter so that she knows that this is not allowed and no one should be allowed to take advantage of her. She also mentioned that both of them are glad that the case is moving forward toward trial because Rob Kardashian had never taken responsibility for what had happened and now it’s time for him to take responsibility.

Blac Chyna also just lost her defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family which she had filed in 2017 for $100 million, alleging that Rob Kardashian was physically abusive to her and the family members had conspired against her and got her hit and successful reality TV show 'Rob and Chyna' discontinued. After a two-week trial, the jury voted in favor of the KarJenners. Blac Chyna has vowed to appeal the decision and is refusing to pay Rob’s family 391K to cover costs for her failed lawsuit.
