According to reports by People, actress Margaret Qualley and Bleachers’ lead singer Jack Antonoff are engaged and are set to tie the knot. The actress was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger at the Cannes Film Festival, where she appeared for the premiere of her latest movie, "Stars at Noon."
Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff started dating last summer as they were spotted kissing in New York in August 2021, and later the couple went public with their relationship as they walked the red carpet at the AFI Awards Luncheon in March and also attended the Critics’ Choice Awards where 'Maid' was nominated for Best Limited Series and Margaret Qualley was up for Best Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television. The actress shared a couple of pictures from the night with the caption, "date night."
In April, the actress was spotted supporting and cheering her man at the 2022 Grammy Awards, where he was nominated for album of the year for his work on Taylor Swift’s "Evermore." Ahead of the Grammys 2022, Jack Antonoff was announced as the producer of the year, non-classical, for his immensely impressive work on Gold Rush by Taylor Swift, Chemtrails Over the Country Club by Lana Del Rey, Solar Power by Lorde, and more.
At the Cannes Festival 2022, Margaret Qualley was spotted with the ring and walked the red carpet with director Claire Denis and co-actor Joe Alwyn in a Chanel black gown. She has starred in Seberg and Foose/Verdon, along with being highly praised for her work in Netflix's limited drama series "Maid," which is an adaptation of Stephanie Lands’s memoir "Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive."

The actress did not comment on the engagement news but shared a couple of pictures of the couple and her gorgeous ring with the caption, ‘Oh I Love Him’.
According to The Diamond Pro CEO, Mr. Fried, Margaret Qualley’s engagement looks beautiful, which is about 4 carats, and he valued it to be around $100,000 depending on the quality of the stone. As of now, confirmation from their representatives or the actress and singer is awaited. Jack Antonoff previously dated Lena Dunham for almost five years, while Margaret Qualley was linked to Shia LaBeouf and Pete Davidson.
In Margaret Qualley’s movie ‘Stars at Noon’, Claire Denis shared that she spotted the actress at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019 and they had to wait a long time to make the movie. Margaret Qualley waited, and Claire added that because she waited, she thought that she had to do the movie with her because she did not want her to wait for anything.
Margaret Qualley on other hand calls Claire Denis an absolute legend and added that she is the best of the best and clarified that her free approach to directing made her as an actress incredibly free onset. Margaret Qualley is currently working on six projects, including the biopic Fred & Ginger, in which she will play Ginger Rogers with Jamie Bell's Fred Astaire. Meanwhile, Jack Antonoff is one of the busiest producers in the music industry, and his band Bleachers is presently on tour in support of their newest indie-pop album, Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night.
