The latter argued for the conservatorship's complete termination, while the former stated that they desire an agreement to dissolve the conservatorship before the end of the year.
Following a hearing with both sides, Judge Brenda Penny suspended Jamie Spears as Britney's conservator and replaced him with John Zabel. The future of the conservatorship will be decided at a hearing on November 12th, 2021. The hearing's primary aim is to determine whether the conservatorship should be terminated.
