Halloween is just around the corner, and it is time that you start taking your dose of horror and thriller movies for the spooky season. Maybe it has something to do with the barren landscapes as trees shed their leaves in falls or just how fast the night sets in, October makes a great month from watching horror movies. The fact that this month actually has more horror movies released than any time in the year doesn't hurt either unless you are prone to fainting from a jump scare.

With theaters being closed last year due to the pandemic, there weren't many options to pass the fall season but watch the same horror movies again, and once you know all the spoilers to a horror flick, the magic, or the curse, doesn't stay just the same. Luckily enough, this year, horror and thrillers are coming back to cinemas near you and also on streaming services so that you don't lag behind on a good scare show ever again. Apart from the much-anticipated releases like Last Night in SoHo and Halloween Kills, here is a list of all the October Halloween movies that are made out of the stuff from nightmares, if you could sleep at all after watching that is.
