Rob Kardashian testified on Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court for an ongoing defamation trial between the Kardashian-Jenners and Blac Chyna where Blac Chyna sued the family members in 2017 claiming that the family members used their influence to cancel season two of "Rob and Chyna" and try to harm her reputation by defaming her on social media. The family has denied the allegations since the beginning.
Rob Kardashian appeared in court to testify about the relationship he had with Blac Chyna, with whom she shares a five-year-old daughter, Dream. Rob mentioned that their relationship was violent from the start and added that Blac Chyna had hit him and threatened to kill him. The Arthur George founder explained the details of the night of December 14th, 2016, which started with both of them joking around on their social media and turned into a violent night of terror.
The jury, who was shown the video of him waving bands of $100 bills at Blac Chyna, who looked pleased in the video, and Rob told the jury and the judge that the night started with the two of them joking and appearing to be funny by throwing money around. Later, Rob mentioned that Blac Chyna pointed a gun at his head on separate occasions, wrapped a phone cord around his neck, and landed several blows to his body and face with a metal rod.

Rob added Blac ripped his shirt off early in the evening when they were throwing money around on their Snapchat, eventually things got pretty serious and he added that you don’t point a gun on your fiancé’s head and it does not matter if it was loaded or not. When Lynne Ciani asked Rob Kardashian why he did not record the bruises in the videos that he recorded after the incident, Rob replied that Blac Chyna landed several blows on his body with a metal rod, but he did not bruise.
Rob also added that when she had a gun on his temple, that did not leave a mark either, but when she wrapped a cord around his neck, that left a mark, but he did not need a band-aid for that. He also shared that Blac Chyna was on cocaine and alcohol and she has a history of doing this and explained that just because he did not have marks does not mean that it did not happen. He asked Lynne to stop putting it out there because it’s not fair.
According to reports, Rob Kardashian, who was on the stand for almost two hours, got a little agitated and raised his voice a couple of times at Blac Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani as she repeated the questions. When he was asked about spending New Year’s Eve together even after a huge fight, Rob said that he has social anxiety and had gained a lot of weight at the time, but he went out for dinner because she forced him to. Rob added that he was not happy, especially after she pulled a gun on him. He also added that when Blac put the two of them on her Snapchat spending New Year’s Eve together, he thought that it was not happy but fake.
Rob Kardashian shared in court that he wanted to make his relationship with Blac Chyna work even though she abused him repeatedly and shared that sometimes he would sleep in his car until the next morning. Rob admitted that he was at a very low and weak point in his life when he started to speak to Blac Chyna, but he was also talking to other women at the time, as he was single. He explained that she made him comfortable and he ignored all the bad things (probably referring to the warnings by Kylie Jenner and Tyga) and added that he had a very loving family, but he gave himself to her and admitted that he never loved her even when he proposed to her.
Rob Kardashian said that he proposed to Blac Chyna as a publicity stunt for the show "Rob and Chyna" and clarified that the ring was for Blac to pitch a television show for her that would bring money to her. Rob added that he supported her because he was with her at the time, but it was not in his character to do such a thing. The brother of the Kar-Jenner sisters said that it was never a real type of love and he did not want to be married to someone like that, adding that it was not how his father raised him.
Rob also mentioned that when they announced that they were having a baby, the Kardashian family planned a baby shower but Blac was not invited, so he chose not to go either and later had a separate baby shower because she was upset. Rob added that he sided with her over his family and added that she was disrespectful to his family a hundred different times before that too.
Corey Gamble, Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, also testified on Tuesday, saying in his testimony that he had heard Blac Chyna threaten to kill Rob Kardashian several times at the time of their fight. Corey also said that he heard Chyna tell Rob that she hated him and saw her holding a large stick in her hand, which she dropped as soon as she saw him, and later grabbed the cord and whipped Rob in the shoulder.
Corey separated the couple and was beaten and asked Rob to leave the scene as he noticed that Blac Chyna was under the influence of alcohol. Blac Chyna in her testimony did mention that Corey had to separate them, but denied all the other accusations.
Another trial related to Rob Kardashian leaking Blac Chyna’s pictures on social media will be held in May.
