Marvel head Kevin Feige while making an appearance during a recent virtual press conference reflects on how a scene that gave fans a glimpse into the private life of the sharpshooter Hawkeye from studios 2015’s blockbuster Avengers Age of Ultron, helped in setting up the stage for the upcoming much-awaited Disney+ series, focuses on one of the original members Clint Barton also known as Hawkeye of the Earth’s Mightiest superhero team, Avengers, who were seen in a big showdown at the end part of Avengers Endgame after which the superhero squad if not completely almost got disbanded with most of the superheroes dying off and the rest of them leaving it behind to live their personal life happily free of all the problems.

"Well, primarily it's Jeremy Renner. We want to see more Jeremy Renner. And more Jeremy Renner. And that goes back to the earliest days. We are both grandfathers now of the MCU. And the trust that Jeremy had to jump into the MCU before moderators said things like "welcome to the MCU". It was "hey do you want to do this thing with us, and it would be pretty cool, and I think it could be neat." And he said yes, and then he won an Academy Award, and he still said yes. And I thought that was pretty cool," Feige told during the press conference, praising the 50-year-old Marvel actor Jeremy Renner for doing a brilliant job while stepping up in the boots of the sharpshooter and how the fans along with him are still not satisfied and wants to more of his character in future MCU projects.

"All of these roles have been fairly small. And then Ultron, we got a little more. And then he just starts stealing all of these scenes. But it was always the intention to explore much more. The character's history is vast. And also, the Matt Fraction comics, which I am sure people have been spending a lot of time talking about, was a big tonal inspiration for us. And seeing that and this new dynamic," Marvel President Kevin Feige said of one of the most important scenes that showed glimpses of Hawkeye’s side of the story(private life) that was never seen before in the franchise and it played a major role in setting up the stage for a standalone series for Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton.

He added, further elaborating on how Hawkeye’s side of being a brilliant mentor that the fans got to see in a scene of Avengers Age of Ultron where the hero helped in guiding Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff acted as a kernel for the plot of his Disney+ show Marvel Studios produced Hawkeye, slated to premiere on the Disney’s version of Netflix on 24th November. "There are moments within all of Jeremy's appearances where you see this mentor under the surface. This reluctant hero, this reluctant mentor under the surface. One of my favorite scenes in all of our films is the scene with Clint and Wanda in Sokovia. Where he basically says, 'When you go out that door, you're an Avenger.' And motivates her to join the fight. And that was the kernel of how we could connect our MCU incarnation of Clint Barton into the Matt Fraction storyline in relationship with Kate Bishop."

Marvel Studios Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner in the role of Clint Barton, Hailee Steinfeld in the role of Kate Bishop / Hawkeye, Tony Dalton in the role of Jack Duquesne, Zahn McClarnon in the role of William Lopez, Brian d'Arcy James, Alaqua Cox in the role of Maya Lopez also known as Echo, Florence Pugh in the role of Yelena Belova also know as Black Widow.
