Selena Gomez talks about gaining weight.

Selena Gomez, an actress-singer-entrepreneur, took to TikTok to discuss her weight fluctuations, explaining that the medication she takes has caused her to gain weight and vice versa.

In the video, Selena Gomez mentions that when she is on the prescription, she tends to retain a lot of water weight, which is reasonable, and that when she is not taking the medication, she starts to lose weight. The performer stated that she simply wanted to express that and motivate anyone and everyone who feels ashamed about what they're going through because no one knows the whole story.

She went on to say that she just wants everyone to understand that they are gorgeous and that there are days when they might feel like shite, but she would prefer to be healthy and take very good care of herself. Selena Gomez goes on to discuss how essential her medicines are to her and how she chooses to believe they are also what aid her before simply saying that she is not and will never be a model, and she actually believes that models are great but that she is not one.

In her video, the Only Murders in the Building star says she just wanted to inform everyone she loves them and thank everybody for their kindness and understanding, adding that individuals who don't understand her should leave since she does not believe in criticizing people for their bodies or anything else.

Selena Gomez disclosed her lupus diagnosis in 2015. She's spoken out about body shamers on several instances since then. Last year, the songwriter took to TikTok to share her opinions on dieting and clapped back at anyone who commented negatively about her presence.

Selena stated previously that she attempts to keep a healthy weight, but she proceeded to Jack in the Box and ordered herself good food including three egg rolls, onion rings, four tacos, and a spicy chicken sandwich. She went on, but truthfully, she will not care about her weight because everyone starts complaining about it anyway. "You're too tiny," "you're too big," "that's not going to fit. Meh, meh, meh, deciding that she is perfect in the way she is. What is the story's moral? Bye.

"My Mind & Me," Selena Gomez's 2022 docudrama, disclosed her struggles with lupus, as well as bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. But for her it is usually filtered through, everything she does is sent to her assistant, and it's her assistant who posts it. In regards to feedback, her team will compile a few words of encouragement.

Recently, Selena Gomez graced the cover of Vanity Fair's Hollywood Issue along with Austin Butler who shared with ExtraTV that he is very impressed by the actress and is very happy to see her grow. Austin said that he has known Selena Gomez for a year, so it is nice to get to share space with somebody for a long period, and he is just so proud of her. He added that Selena Gomez's documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me moved him as well, getting to see that, he thought that was so brave.

During his Vanity Fair interview, Austin recalled a sweet moment Selena got to share with him while he was filming Elvis. He noted that while filming Elvis, Selena found this photograph of the two of them when he showed up as a guest star on her show Wizards of Waverly Place. 'Wow, remember this?' she says as she sends it to him. It appears to be a different life. Austin went on to say that when an actor is a child actor, they see a lot of people come in from Texas or even somewhere, and that at some point, they may quit or go back. They are incredibly lucky to have worked in this industry for this length of time.
