Twisted Metal is a projected series of Sony pictures TV and PlayStation Productions as per the report of The Hollywood Reporter. Actor Anthony Mackie is chosen for the role of Joh Doe, a milkman who doesn't remember anything from his past, in fact, he's given a chance to lead a way better life by making a mysterious delivery across a land turned waste post an apocalypse. The ordeals faced by him in the "video game movie" adds thrill to the basic plot.

Twisted Metal is totally based upon an original idea is given by the writers formerly known for their work in Deadpool, namely Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese.

Talking about The Falcon star Anthony Dwane Mackie, who started his acting journey from the semi-biographical movie named 8 Miles gained even more recognition by his track in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, by the role of Sam Wilson aka The Falcon.
