Britney Spears is ready to write her story!

A recent post on social media by the pop icon Britney Spears confirms that she is writing her memoir and soon will be sharing her story with the world, which has caught everyone’s attention. Britney Spears has shared on various occasions that she did not grow up in a household that allowed her to express her opinions and feelings as much as she can do now.

The singer, who was released from her fourteen-year long conservatorship in November 2021, shared that writing has been helping her to heal and is like therapy for her, but at the same time, recalling the events of her past is not easy for her, but she is going to try to open up for the world to know. She added that she could only imagine that she would sound childish describing the events, but she was very young when the events took place and she reacted to them in her best interest.

Britney Spears shared with her fans that instead of using her heart to express herself, she is going to use a different approach to write which is her intellectual approach to write and trace down the events of her life on paper. She added that she thought of using a different approach after she saw how Justin Timberlake used it respectfully when he stepped up and apologized to Janet Jackson and her. She added to the post that although Justin Timberlake was never bullied or threatened by his family, he chose a perfect time to step up and apologize to the ladies after twenty years and added that timing is everything.

According to sources, Britney Spears does not hold any grudges against Justin Timberlake as she understands that they were very young when things started to unfold for them and their relationship did not work out. She is very happy for him, especially after looking at his happy family. Although the source added that when they separated and Justin Timberlake’s album came out back in 2002, she was heartbroken as she believed that he made her look dirty on-screen but after twenty years and so much stuff happening in her own life, she has now moved on and does not pay much heed to it.

Britney Spears went ahead to accuse her mother, Lynne and sister, Jamie Lynn Spears once again of writing and releasing their memoirs for the sake of fame and attention especially when it was a tough time for Britney.  She added that they took the intellectual approach too, releasing their books when it was hard for her to even get a cup of coffee or drive her car. Britney said that she is not someone who would just bring up uncomfortable conversations because, according to her, that’s not respectful, but added that c'mon, let’s talk about those uncomfortable topics and dwell on them to understand where we went wrong.

Britney recalled instances where she felt like she was treated less than her caliber and, throughout her career, was judged for how she acted. The singer was told not to complain about her conservatorship and was not allowed to leave her car during a trip to Target during the pandemic. The singer recalled a trip to Las Vegas and being denied the opportunity to join her friends at the spa and being forced to work the entire time. She added that she was screaming the entire time but was not allowed to speak up, and whenever she did, no one would listen to her, so now after all these years, she is going to talk about it.

The singer apologized to her fans and people by stating that she is sorry if she has offended anyone by writing or expressing her stories, before adding that if her sister Jamie Lynn Spears can use her name in her memoir more than 200 times and cry on TV to gain sympathy, then she has all the rights in the world to share a couple of paragraphs on her social media as well.

Sam Asghari commented on her post that he’s going to buy the first copy of her memoir, and a lot of fans commented too, stating their love and support for her. Recently designer Donatella Versace met with Britney Spears and shared that the singer is on her vacation right now but is in a great state of mind. Donatella added that she feels very happy to see Britney Spears in high spirits and doing well after such a long time.
