Backlash over Jason Aldean's wife Brittany Kerr Aldean’s comments.

Jason Aldean seems to be in a bit of a mess after his publicity firm decided to drop him after 17 years of representing him which was followed after his wife Brittany Kerr Aldean’s comments went viral and were labeled as transphobic.

Despite still being fans of Jason Aldean's music, the co-owner of The GreenRoom, a publicity firm stated in a statement that the firm has decided to part ways with the country singer. The statement went on to say that because music has always been and will always be The GreenRoom's primary priority, they had to decide to break ways with Jason Aldean after 17 years of representing him. Tyne remarked that although they are no longer the ideal candidates for the job, they will always be ardent supporters of his music and noted that he is one of the best live performers in country music.

Although the reason for parting ways with Jason Aldean was not specified by the statement that was provided, the fans pointed out that the move of the publicity firm that had represented the singer for 17 years parting ways with the singer came after his wife Brittany Kerr’s comments that went viral on social media and received backlashed where she thanked her parents for not altering her gender while she went through her tomboy era in a remark on a social media picture showing off her before and after phases, adding that she likes her frilly existence. Some of the people saw this as a funny post and some labeled her as transphobic.

Country singers Maren Morris and Cassadee Pope labeled these remarks as transphobic and offensive, and Maren Morris' husbands Ryan Hurd and Jason Aldean got on the bandwagon to protect their ladies. Her post has limitations on comments.

Cassadee Pope wrote on her social media that one would assume that celebrities with beauty products would realize the benefits of embracing LGBTQ+ individuals in their messaging, but yet, here we are hearing someone equate their "tomboy era" to someone wishing to transition, the author writes in her piece without mentioning Brittany Kerr Aldean. She concluded and called her nice. Maren Morris wrote in response to Cassadee’s tweet that it’s easy to like not to be a scumbag human and asked the model to sell her clip-in and zip it up. Joy Oladokun, who identified as LGBTQ, quoted Cassadee’s tweet and said that she woke up happy that her parents did not raise her to be as rude and nasty as Brittany Aldean.

Brittany Kerr Aldean declared on her social media story that the promotion of child genital mutilation under the guise of love and marketing it as gender-affirming care is one of the worst horrors. The country singer's wife mentioned that her son Memphis had wanted to be a dinosaur and that her daughter would want to be a kitten tomorrow. They are only children, and some parents are so anxious to conform to society that they are willing to make life-altering choices for their children who aren't old enough to make them or comprehend the consequences of those choices. She has came to the conclusion that love is guarding the kid until they are old enough to make their own decisions as adults, and happily, her parents didn't agree to her changing her gender during her tom-boy era and let her pass through it. She requested that everyone leave her kids alone. In her story, she included Cassadee Pope's tag.

In a statement on her social media, the wife of the country singer said that her remarks had been misinterpreted and that, rather than becoming upset about it, she had decided to make the most of the situation. The money raised will go to Operation Light Shine, a nonprofit organization that fights child and human trafficking.

At least 13 American states have approved anti-LGBTQ laws, and another 23 have recently introduced similar legislation, according to HRC. Numerous of these laws target gender-affirming care and transgender youngsters. Joe Biden, the president, pledged his support for transgender persons in March on Transgender Day of Visibility. Since then, he has persisted in urging Congress to pass the long overdue Equality Act.
