Here’s everything we know about Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's revenge porn lawsuit’.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna started dating in 2016 and after three months of dating, the couple announced their engagement and later announced that they were expecting a baby together. The couple's relationship was televised for E!'s Rob and Chyna which aired from September to December 2016. But things weren't going so well for the couple and they split and their show was also canceled.

Blac Chyna obtained a restraining order against Rob Kardashian in 2017 after the reality TV star leaked explicit images of her on social media. The legal documents mention that it was not just Rob Kardashian's followers who saw the pictures but it was the entire world who saw those pictures. The pictures, restraining order, and the incident was recently brought up when Blac Chyna was in a defamation trial against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner. She accused them of getting her successful show Rob and Chyna canceled and defaming her online because of which she lost a lot of deals. In May, a California jury issued a final judgment in Blac Chyna's defamation case against the Kardashian family, declaring that the Kardashian-Jenner family had been exonerated of all main allegations and awarding no monetary damages to Blac Chyna. According to her lawyer, Blac Chyna intends to appeal the judgment.

In addition to the defamation trial, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian in which she stated that after he leaked her explicit pictures online, she suffered significant damages and added that the captions were written to create a false narrative about her to cause damage to her reputation. The documents read that at no point did she permit Rob Kardashian to post those images. According to a file acquired by Us in April 2022, Rob Kardashian denied Blac Chyna's claims that he released the photographs without her permission and that she had a reasonable expectation of privacy in the images. He further denies that his actions caused his ex-fiance any mental anguish, humiliation, or emotional distress, and claims that she is not entitled to monetary compensation.

According to the latest reports, Rob Kardashian has filed a legal petition in court stating that Blac Chyna is breaking her ostensible agreement to drop her revenge porn case' against him. According to court documents filed by Rob's attorney mentions that Blac Chyna had agreed with Rob Kardashian that she would drop her revenge porn lawsuit against him if the sock designer would help her get out of a lawsuit filed by Blac Chyna's ex Justin C. Jones. Justin C. Jones who goes by the name Pilot Jones has accused the model of revealing and outing him as gay and purposefully inflicting distress.

According to records acquired by People magazine, as the trial approached, Blac Chyna and her legal team reached out to co-defendant Rob Kardashian to settle Justin C. Jones' case without her having to pay any money to get the case dropped or dismissed with any prejudice. Blac Chyna had agreed to the arrangement last month after losing her defamation case against the Kardashians, but she has now changed her mind, and the revenge porn lawsuit trial is set to commence on June 13th, according to Rob Kardashian's attorney.

According to Blac Chyna's counsel, Lynne Ciani, Rob Kardashian disregarded California law by bringing up the settlement conversations in public, which were intended to be kept secret. According to Blac Chyna's spokeswoman, California law allows her to reveal this if she is resolving her revenge porn case against her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian. Blac Chyna's lawyer also claimed that if and when this action is settled, she would tell the court first, followed by the media. Rob's evidence that Blac Chyna had physically assaulted him at an earlier hearing in April 2022 was harshly rejected by a Los Angeles jury. Lynne Ciani said at the time that the jury did not agree with his testimony that she physically abused him.

A source close to Rob Kardashian shared with Hollywood Life that Rob Kardashian just wants to move on with his life and continue being an amazing father to Dream. When Rob took the stand in the defamation trial, their relationship which is described as toxic and troubled became a talking point. During his testimony last month, he claimed that he was probably at the worst position in his whole life, at his weakest, lowest moment when he met Blac Chyna and she helped him to feel better at the time, and because of this, he ignored a lot of things that she did that was against his family.

Rob Kardashian added that he was not thinking very straight when they were together but he eventually realized that the love was not real. In an explosive testimony, Rob also mentioned that their engagement was just leverage she needed to pitch a show to the channel.
