According to reports, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker finally tied the knot on Sunday, this time legally. TMZ was the first one to report that the pair had tied the knot in Santa Barbara with some of their close friends and family members around them, including Kourtney’s maternal grandmother Mary Jo Campbell, also known as MJ, and Travis Barker’s father, Randy.
The sources close to the couple mentioned that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker would be walking down the aisle for their lavish Italian wedding soon, but before that, they had to get married legally, which took place on Sunday. The source also revealed that they are planning a beautiful wedding, including all of their children and family members, and that everyone is in good spirits and excited for their big day, which could happen at any moment.
The couple, after saying I do at the Downtown courthouse, drove in a convertible with a sign that read "just married." Kourtney Kardashian wore a white corset dress by Dolce & Gabbana with plush Gianvito Rossi velvet heels and added ruched chiffon sleeves and a short blusher style veil to complete her look.
Travis Barker was seen donning a classic black tuxedo for the courthouse marriage. Their Downtown Courthouse marriage comes after their 2 a.m. Las Vegas practices marriage, in which they explained that some drinking led to their impromptu wedding in Sun City, which was not legal since they did not have a marriage license. The practice of marriage took place after the couple appeared at the 2022 Grammy Awards and headed to the One Love Wedding Chapel and asked for an Elvis Presley impersonator to officiate their wedding.
According to the sources, after the couple got married they came back to celebrate their special day with their kids and Kourtney Kardashian was beaming and feels thrilled to be Travis Barker's wife. For their big wedding, the couple are looking forward to have their family and friends by their side since they did have much of them at the courthouse marriage. Kourtney and Travis shared the pictures from their courthouse marriage on their social media accounts with a caption, 'Till Death Do Us Part' and Kim Kardashian sweetly commented Kravis Forever. The wishes and love have been pouring in for the couple since they announced that they are now legally married and the audience cannot wait for their big Italian wedding.
Kris Jenner shared on May 9th that she has sworn to secrecy regarding their wedding preparations and details and could get into a lot of trouble if she says anything about the wedding. Travis Barker proposed to Kourtney Kardashian in October 2021 on the beat in Montecito, California, which was captured for the reality TV star’s new show "The Kardashians" that premiers on Hulu. Kourtney described the proposal as a dream come true and stated that she had found her soulmate.
