Famous American actress and television personality, Lala Kent, opened up about her split with movie producer Randall Emmett during her podcast and shared that she is right now focusing on her well-being and that of her daughter, "Ocean."

She said during the podcast, "I take it one minute at a time because a 7-month-old can’t sit around and wait for you to get over s—t. You'd better keep your f–king head up and get on with it. So that’s what I do." The television actress, Lala Kent shared during the podcast that she never thought that her life would be where it is right now, but she is okay with it. Lala added the time right now has helped her to be appreciative towards her daughter and her book release, keeping her distracted from the pain of the split.

Lala Kent added, "What I've been through in my life, people have been through much crazier and more traumatic things than I have been through. Those people inspire me, those who deal with things with grace and come out on top, even with the hand they were dealt. For me, I look at it, and I'm like, I would never have Ocean. This independence that I have wouldn't be here. It just feels amazing. Like, yes, I have moments, but I will say I feel so hopeful and happy. "

The television personality ended her three-year-long engagement after the movie producer was accused of cheating, and a source close to the actress added that she felt completely blindsided by all the rumors and accusations. Lala felt like she was living in the dark for a long time, but now she is doing so much better and is completely focused on taking care of her daughter and supporting her family.

Lala Kent met Randall Emmett in 2015, and Randall was going through a divorce with Ambyr Childres when the two started to hit off. The producer’s complicated personal life made things hard for the new couple, which fans saw in season 5 of the Bravo reality series. Lala Kent shared with Cosmopolitan in 2018, after a year of Randall Emmett’s finalization of the divorce, "That will go down as one of the toughest times in my entire life. I was just so madly in love with this person, and it was so different from anyone I had ever dated before, and so my feelings got hurt when people spoke about the money aspect because that’s never really been my type of personality to go for such shallow things. He’s my best friend. He takes care of my heart and my soul. That’s important when you’re in a relationship. You have to marry your best friend. What’s better than being able to have sex with your best friend? "

Randall Emmett popped the question in Mexico in 2018 and Randall told the US in May 2020, "She’s like, ‘Listen to me, pull it together, get your ass back to work, we’re going to be together for the rest of our lives, it’s not the end of the world. ‘I’m OK, you’re OK, we’re going to do this.’ It was just one of those moments when you think to yourself, I've got the best partner in the world." Lala Kent's response came after the movie producer expressed that it was heartbreaking to put things on hold.

The couple got engaged in 2018 and had planned to get married in April 2020, but their marriage was delayed to 2022 due to the pandemic. Lala and Randall welcomed their daughter "Ocean" in March, and the rumors of the couple going their separate ways started to spread last month when Lala Kent pulled all traces of Randall Emmett from her social media.

The US confirmed that the couple called it quits in November 2021, even though Randall Emmett did not want to split, but it was Lala Kent's decision, an insider explained. "The trust is gone. He’s been trying to win her back", the source added.

During Wednesday's episode of the podcast, she said that she wants to acknowledge something that she is sure everyone knows and is going on with her and Randall and in her personal life. She added further that there will be a time when she feels comfortable enough to open up about it completely and share it with everyone, but today is not the day. She quoted, "It's been a lot. I'm going through a lot."

On her podcast, Lala Kent said that she has much bigger fish to fry than reliving her feuds from this season of "Vanderpumps Rules." The actress said, "If anyone doesn't fit into your evolution and if your evolution involves you being happy or healthy, and there are a lot of pluses to the changes you've made and people don't fit into that anymore, that's not my issue. I'm burning the bridge. And I don't care if I end up with three people around me. If you're a quality person, that to me trumps quantity".

The television personality stressed the importance of having "quality" people in her life, stating that she is burning the bridges, especially with the ones who are not adding anything to her growth in life. She finally added, "I don’t know what each day is going to look like, and for a long time, I’ve had a schedule where everything is planned out. My future was ahead of me, and I was like, This is the plan. And I’m kind of just letting the universe take control of my life and place me where I need to be. I’m not questioning anything". The Bravolebrity recently debuted the unique Pronovias wedding gown she was supposed to wear to their nuptials, which were canceled because of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Randall Emmett is also concerned about her daughter Ocean, whom he shares with Lala Kent, and her two daughters, London and Rylee, whom he shares with actress Ambyr Childres, to whom he was married from 2009 to 2017. A source claimed that Randall always lived a double life. The source added that "he lives the life of a husband or boyfriend, and then he lives the life of a serial partier and goes on a bender."

Randall Emmett has not yet commented on their split.
