The defamation trial between Blac Chyna and Kardashian-Jenner is almost at its end where the jurors have started with their deliberations and it has been noted that in this defamation trial, nine out of twelve jurors have to agree that whether the each of the Kardashian defendants knowingly lied about Blac Chyna abusing Rob Kardashian, or spread the word about it with reckless disregard for the truth.

The same number will need to decide whether they each illegally interfered with Blac Chyna’s contract with the E! network, which aired both Rob & Chyna and Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The deliberations began after the judge denied Blac Chyna the opportunity to take the stand once again, and her lawyer stated that looking at her 'nude pictures' in the courtroom had triggered her, but Judge Gregory Alarcon denied the request after pointing out that she had testified for over 11 hours.

Blac Chyna sued Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner in 2017 and claimed that the family used their influence to get HER show "Rob and Chyna" canceled and tried to defame her on social media, which had led to her financial and emotional setbacks. The family members have denied the allegations since the start and stated that they do not have the power to get a show canceled.

In her closing statement for the trial Blac Chyna's attorney Lynne Ciani mentioned that it was unreasonable for the Kar-Jenner women to have believed that Blac Chyna had been violent with Rob Kardashian. She pointed out that Rob Kardashian said while testifying that he had been struck by a metal rod, wrapped by a phone cord but did not have any marks on him and never made a call to the police, a trip to the hospital, or even get a band-aid. She insisted that there are false reasons that are being stated as why the show was canceled.

But Michael G. Rhodes, in his closing statement, mentioned that the Kar-Jenner women had every right to believe that their brother and son was being violently attacked by Blac Chyna, as Corey Gamble arrived at the scene when they were in a quarrel and broke up the dispute and was the key witness. Michael also pointed out that jurors should remember Rob Kardashian's face when he was testifying because he was clearly in pain when he mentioned that Blac pointed a gun at him on several occasions and that what they had was not real.

Michael added that sure, the family is famous, but they are a real family and they have real emotions and are real people. He added that the show Blac Chyna is suing the family for is not only HER show but also Rob Kardashian's and it ended because the couple who surrounded the show had ended their relationship. Michael G. Rhodes added that Blac Chyna is thinking that it was her show but it was about both of them and what would have been the point of the show if they were not together? He also clarified that the family did not try to harm Blac Chyna's reputation, she did it herself and asked the jurors to vote in favor for the defendants so that they can heal and move forward from this.

In her statement, Lynne Ciani said that Blac Chyna damaged the gingerbread house and TV, and it stopped there, and Michael said why would someone attack a gingerbread house in a rage and what does it represent? It embodies everything about the Kardashian brand — it's over the top, it's large, it's beautiful, it's almost stupid, and she was unleashing her wrath on everything she wasn't going to be when she saw that gingerbread home.

Francis Berwick, Vice President at NBCUniversal also spoke about why the show was not picked up for a second season which is one simple reason that the former couple were in a sad space and their story was not something that the network was interested to show. Francis also admitted that she did not have any conversation with the Kardashian-Jenner family member about the cancellation of the show, and it was network's decision to not go ahead with season two.
