The Try Guys are taking it slow.

After Ned Fulmer’s infidelity scandal broke the Internet and he exited the group and the company he built along with Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang, The Try Guys are not putting too much pressure on themselves on how to fill up Ned Fulmer’s void.

Producer Miles Bonsignore joined Kein Habersberger and Zach Kornfeld in the "ok, let's speak about it" episode to address the immediate aftermath of their discovery of Fulmer's conduct.

Zach said that the controversy shattered their world but the consequences were so obvious that they processed it almost like a trauma. He continued by saying that he doesn't believe he would have ever taken the time to comprehend it emotionally. Even so, he is unaware of this because all that was said was, "OK, we need to act." They must leave and think about how should they respond now that this has happened? Zach said that he was aware of the seriousness of Ned's charges as well as the lengthy list of upcoming actions.

According to Zach Kornfeld, Ned Fulmer had already been formally fired by the time word of his adultery became public. They knew there was this stick of dynamite with a questionable fuse, and the fact that it was a trespass that was committed in public added a degree of complexity to this. They were aware that this may and would eventually surface. Strongly responding, Keith Habersberger added that the entire thing just betrayed their confidence and it was illegal in the workplace. To everyone in their office who knew what they knew, it would imply that they were not who and what they claimed to be. Keith added that Ned would have been taken out quite easily. There wouldn't have been such a big show. For the sake of the other parties concerned, they probably would have attempted to avoid that.

Keith Habersberger shared on their TryPods podcast that the trio is not looking to fill up the space left empty as Ned Fulmer exited the group after the workplace affair and cheating scandal. Zach Kornfeld explained that they will have new people that come in and out and stated that they already have Kwesi James, who they admire, but they do not want to put any pressure on anyone to say that someone is the replacement because that is not fair.

Keith Habersberger said that it’s a good opportunity for them and other people, women, non-binary, people from different backgrounds, ages, and body types, to have these sorts of experiences, adding that they can actually, as viewers, gain a different perspective on cool opportunities.

The Try Guys trio, including Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang, recently shared a video on their YouTube channel where they explained how they decided to not work with Ned Fulmer in the future. They addressed the scandal and shared with the fans that they will be editing Ned Fulmer’s appearances in their upcoming videos, except for the sponsored videos, which were filmed before the news broke.

They said that after they were informed about the public romance of Ned Fulmer with a co-worker, they confronted him, which he agreed to, and then, after a thorough internal review, they reached a decision that they did not see a path forward together. The Trio made sure that the audience understood that they were not okay with not talking about what had happened because that’s something their company does not stand for.

The guys said in the video that they decided not to go public with the news as soon as they were informed because of the families that were also involved in the situation and asked for everyone to be kind and supportive towards the families involved along with the employees of their company. The trio clarified that the employees who work in their company did not sign up for this and had nothing to do with it either, so they should not be met with hostility. The group made sure that the audience knew that the change was going to be difficult for them because they would be losing someone who helped them build the brand, a friend with whom they have memories, and they just asked for support.

Habersberger went on to say that they had just learned a lot about how difficult it is to navigate things like this at all, let alone properly and that it is difficult. Keith stated that there are a lot of people to consider, a lot of legal issues to consider, and knowing that any mistakes would put them in jeopardy. Kornfeld added that they didn't want to expose themselves to legal action if they were 'unjustly removing him,' or whatever stating that they just needed to make sure they were doing everything correctly. Not saying anything inappropriate. Doing something too soon. Making certain that they had completed this internal review before taking permanent action. There is a correct answer. There’s a right way and a rushed way, and they wanted to make sure they were doing it the right way.

Habersberger remarked that the controversy had one unexpectedly beneficial result, and he expressed surprise that the affair had received such widespread media attention. It demonstrated that we had a significant impact on a large number of people.

According to Kornfeld, the positive aspect of the entire situation was discovering how many people they have work with and even that the BuzzFeed generation, of which they were a part, had an impact on and touched in some way. He admitted, that he wishes they could find a different way to... but it was like, "Oh wow, people care about this."

Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, Eugene Lee Yang along with Ned Fulmer worked at Buzzfeed and decided to leave the company in 2018 to start their own production company 2nd Try LLC and have starred in various videos which has managed to garnered a lot of audience across the world.
