Before Amber Heard stepped down the stand and ended her testimony the jury and the judge were shown a video of Amber Heard and James Franco getting in an elevator at the eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles in 2016 and probably heading to her house the night before she filed for divorce. Camille asked her that was she not aware that her husband was not at home and mentioned that she changed the locks of the house too which she said that she was not aware of his schedule. 

It has been said by Amber Heard that Johnny Depp was jealous of James Franco and her doing a movie together and Johnny Depp in his testimony thought that they were having an affair during the time they started filming but he did not do anything as Amber Heard described he did (on the plane). Amber said that she was taking in all the support and friendships she could get during the time and James lived literally next door. The video that was shown showcased James Franco putting his head on Amber Heard's shoulder and she explained that he was simply reacting to the bruise he saw after Johnny Depp threw a phone at her face and the bruise was there. 

Amber Heard also claimed that the pictures of Johnny Depp from their honeymoon from 2015 with bruises and swelling on his face were photoshopped. She said that she has seen the pictures before and he was not injured at the time. The actress had claimed that on their honeymoon trip Johnny Depp slapped her across the face, grabbed her by the neck and pushed her against the wall of a train car, however there is no photographic evidence of Amber Heard's alleged injuries and Camille reminded her that it's the only picture from their honeymoon that shows someone is injured and that is Johnny Depp not her. A couple of videos of Amber Heard were played in the court from 2016 where she is seen rolling her eyes and smiling and eating while the audio of the former couple was being played and Camille questioned her to which she mentioned that she was reacting to the people sitting in front of her. 

Amber Heard’s testimony ends after four days and the next witness was called up, who was producer iO Tillett Wright (the one who asked Amber Heard to leave the house because she was not safe), in a video deposition, who mentioned that alcohol would bring out the ugly side of Johnny Depp.

Tillett shared that Johnny Depp always struggled with drug and alcohol abuse, especially around children, but admitted to using them in front of them. iO Tillett Wright went on to say that Johnny Depp was ashamed of his substance abuse and that he confined him for his Oxycontin habit, which he said was the hardest thing he had ever tried to kick.

iO Tillett Wright also shared that Johnny Depp mentioned about Amber that she was a bad actress and wouldn’t have a career, but all she got was her looks while she was crying inside the house and he was sitting in the lawn. iO Tillett Wright said that Johnny said that Amber Heard has no talent and she should figure out a way to survive before adding that he witnessed Johnny Depp using cocaine once with Marilyn Manson. iO Tillett Wright said in his deposition that Johnny Depp could grow cruel and mean when intoxicated and would call his fans remoras.

iO Tillett Wright shared in court that he heard a conversation between Amber and Johnny where Johnny threatened the actress to peel her hair back and said that Johnny accused him and Amber of defecating on his pillow. He also said that when he heard Johnny screaming at Amber Heard and threatening her to peel her hair off, he got scared and disconnected the call and called Rocky Pennington and 911 to help Amber Heard. He also mentioned one incident where he was congratulating Johnny Depp on their marriage. Johnny told him that now they were both married, he could punch her in the face and no one would say a thing. At one point, Io Tillett Wright said that he became a mediator between the two as both of them seemed to need advice about their relationship.

Another witness was called upon on Tuesday, who was none other than Amber Heard's ex-best friend, Rocky Pennington, who clarified that they were not as close as Amber Heard had described in her testimony and that they are not as close anymore either. The last conversation the ladies had was about Amber Heard's baby, and on asking why their friendship is not as close as before, Rocky mentioned that she wanted to spend more time with other people in her life and prioritize other relationships.

Rocky Pennington, in a previously recorded deposition, stated that she and Amber Heard did get into a physical altercation when they were trying to set a dishwasher for Thanksgiving and finally, Amber Heard found it in the place where Rocky had already seen it and said that she wasn't looking hard enough and then there was some pushing and eventually Amber Heard hit her in the cheek.
