While the superhero fans cannot wait to see one of the most favorite superheroes Spider-Man in Marvel Cinematic Universe teaming up with the Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange in Spider-Man: No Way Home,  Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has opened up about the experience he had while working simultaneously on studios two upcoming superhero blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Feige as part of Empire's cover story on the Spider-Man: No Way Home, spoke about leading the co-production of the Sony Pictures film while also working on the next Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange movie, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Xochitl Gomez, finally slated to release on May 6, 2022, after a lot of delays caused due to the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic around the world.

Feige said that it was an amazing experience while simultaneously working on the Doctor Strange film with the 62-year-old filmmaker Sam Raimi and on the Spider-Man film with Jon Watts and Alfred Molina  "It's absolutely surreal to be working on a Doctor Strange movie with Sam Raimi in one part of the office, and then working on a Spider-Man movie with Jon Watts and Alfred Molina as Doc Ock in another room, That has been a mind-blowing part of the last 10 years of my life."

"Everything we do at Marvel is based on a small group of people sitting around a table going, 'Wouldn’t it be cool if…?'" Feige continued. "The Multiverse was always a part of that because it’s such a big part of the story in the comics."

With Jon Watts returning to direct Spider-Man: No Way Home, as he previously directed the other two blockbusters in the ever-popular Spider-Man film series. The filmmaker was recently praised by Cumberbatch. The English actor said in the praise of the director, "Jon [Watts] is great, he's got such a light touch, he's so assured though. He's great to hang out with on set," the actor added. "He's very witty, but incredibly generous and supportive. Everything you want in a director. He's young, he's energetic, he gets the kids - I call myself an 'older person' to the older people. It's an atmosphere on that set. It's a bonded group, they've done three now, beautiful work environment. I really really enjoyed being on that set, I really did."

The film has a star-studded cast of Tom Holland in the role of Peter Parker also known as Spiderman, Zendaya in the role of MJ, Benedict Cumberbatch in the role of Doctor Strange, Jon Favreau in the role of Harold "Happy" Hogan, Jacob Batalon in the role of Ned Leeds, Marisa Tomei in the role of May Parker, J. B. Smoove in the role of Julius Dell, Alfred Molina in the role of Otto Octavius also known as Doctor Octopus, and Jamie Foxx in the role of Max Dillon also known as Electro.

The film is the 27th installment in Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spider-Man: No Way Home's story is written by Chris Mckenna and Erik Sommers. Currently Spiderman: No Way Home is set to arrive in theatres on December 17, 2021.
