Machine Gun Kelly recently appeared on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with an eye-catching shirt as it was emblazoned with his lady love, Megan Fox’s iconic picture from "Jennifer’s Body".
Speaking to Jimmy Fallon, Colson Baker shared her tales of the couple’s initial days of their relationship and how he had done a bunch of things to impress Megan Fox, which included stabbing himself.
Colson Baker shared that the series of unfortunate accidents started with a beer-pong match between Machine Gun Kelly and Post Malone. The singers decided to film their entrance walks in Rocky’s boxing match style, and when it was his turn to come, he opted to slide down a nearby staircase rail but forgot that it had a giant spoke at the bottom of it, and it rammed him from behind.
Machine Gun Kelly further revealed that, after a lot of X-rays, the doctor told him that he had bruised his coccyx (which is a triangular bone at the bottom of the spinal column). Kelly further mentioned that the injury was the reason he collapsed off-stage when a close friend and stand-up comedian Pete Davidson hugged him during an episode of NBC’s "Saturday Night Live" in January.
There is no doubt that Machine Gun Kelly is smitten by Megan Fox and vice versa, but Kelly shared that he was so focused on impressing Megan Fox that he forgot about the pain and focused on playing it cool. He said, "This was also right when I was starting to date Megan, and I was holding it together. It was a bad night".
The couple, after a "painful" night, came back to his home after winning the beer-pong, where Kelly shared that he pulled out a knife that his friend and collaborator Travis Barker had gifted him to celebrate the release of his latest album, "Tickets to My Downfall." Travis not only collaborated with Machine Gun Kelly on the album but also served as a producer.
The rapper said, "He got me a knife that had an engravement from the new album on it. I was like, "Oh, check this out. This is sick. ' I threw it up, and it came and stuck in my hand. The next morning, as soon as she left, I was like, Yo, I need stitches real quick." While he was talking about the incident with Jimmy Fallon, the singer showcased the scar to him as well. Kelly further mentioned that as soon as he threw the knife in the air, despite keeping his attention on it, he gazed towards his ladylove, and that’s when it landed directly in his hand.
During his interview, Jimmy Fallon mentioned Cameron Crowe, and Kelly extended his gratitude towards Cameron for reintroducing him to his real name during the set of "Roadies". Later in the show, host Jimmy Fallon and Machine Gun Kelly played a game of "AutoTune Up," a sketch in which each player takes turns converting random text into a song, thanks to the magic of AutoTune.
Machine Gun Kelly appeared on the show to promote his upcoming movie, "The Last Son," which is slated for release on December 10th, 2021. The rapper and his daughter, Casie Colson Baker, walked the red carpet on Thursday in New York City at the premiere of "The Last Son." Kelly wore an ivory suit adorned with pearls and a white turtleneck, white loafers, and white sunglasses, while Casie donned a black leather trench, black pants, a white top, and boots.
The Last Son stars Machine Gun Kelly as Cal, the son of outlaw Isaac LeMay, played by Sam Worthington, who is hunting down his children to ensure a prophecy that one of them will kill him doesn't come true. The daddy-daughter duo also attended the American Music Awards on November 21st where MGK won the Favourite Rock Artist 2021 award. Last week, during his appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Colson told the host that he turns to his daughter for advice and opinions. "I trust her opinion more than I trust my own now. Like, she has her finger on the pulse of what's hot, or if I'm doing a song and it's the right one, she'll confirm it."
Machine Gun Kelly also mentioned that Casie is not afraid of being honest with him about his music and is a skilled volleyball player.
