One of the youngest actors from the US-based film industry, Hollywood who has become the main face for the superhero-based franchise Marvel Cinematic Universe ever since the end of Phase 3 is none other Tom Holland, who took the mantle of the web-slinger in the franchise after Sony Pictures decided to reboot the Spider-Man franchise, starring his rumored co-star in Spider-Man: No Way Home Andrew Garfield’s version of web-crawler to provide a new start to the friendly neighborhood superhero not altogether independently but in association with Marvel to introduce the hero in MCU as a part of a deal which included five films, later on in 2019 extended to six.

While Holland is gearing up to play the superhero in the third installment of the superpopular Spider-Man film series, Spider-Man: No Way Home, slated to hit the theatres next month on 17th December after it almost torched the fans regarding its release as it was earlier meant to debut much before the current set release date. The Dolittle star while making an appearance at the recently held Regal Sherman Oaks event, recalled the story of how at the first time on set during the making of the blockbuster he went bumping into the Green Goblin star Dafoe without realizing who he was because of his costume.

“There was actually a funny story about when I met Willem for the first time, because obviously at that time all of the villains in the film, it was a huge secret that they were in the film, so they would walk around set with these cloaks on. And, naturally, you know, these guys are very excited to be coming back and bringing these roles back to life, but they came to set a week before they started shooting to just see what it was like, meet Jon, meet myself, hang out on set and have a good time. And I just sort of bumped into this guy in a cloak and was like, “Watch out, mate.” And he took his hood off and I almost, like, got really scared. I was like “oh sh*t, the Goblin’s here!” But he was lovely he was really wonderful and a real joy to work with,” Holland told Screen Rant, recalling his reaction, emphasizing how shit scared he was when he first met Dafoe on-set because of the kind of the look the actor was in during the moment. Holland also revealed that stars like Dafoe and Alfred Molina, who are returning to reprise their roles after years as they were featured in the same roles years ago were so excited to get back again into the boots of the same villains that they even would come on set days before they were actually expected to attend the shooting of the movie just to get a taste of the storyline and the cast and crew.

Spiderman: No Way Home will star an amazing cast that the fans and followers are going to love when they watch the blockbuster in theatres which includes Tom Holland in the role of Spiderman also known as Peter Parker, Zendaya in the role of MJ, Benedict Cumberbatch in the role of Doctor Strange, Jon Favreau in the role of Harold "Happy" Hogan, Jacob Batalon in the role of Ned Leeds, Marisa Tomei in the role of May Parker, J. B. Smoove in the role of Julius Dell, Alfred Molina in the role of Otto Octavius also known as Doctor Octopus, and Jamie Foxx in the role of Max Dillon also known as Electro.
