James Gunn with his unique style of revealing film details has shared that he will be directing another project for the DC, which as of is being kept a secret. The director did not provide any information or detail but his fans seems to be happy as they will see their favorite filmmaker once again directing a superhero film under the banner of Warner Bros.

Gunn while replying to a comment shared the detail. He said, Yes, I'm developing another DC project besides Peacemaker."

James Gunn recently worked on The Suicide Squad 2, a superhero film based on the fictional characters, who appear in DC Comics. The film is produced under DC Films along with several other studios such as Atlas Entertainment, and The Safran Company. The Suicide Squad 2 is a follow-up of Suicide Squad released in 2016.

The 56-year-old director James Gunn is currently working on the upcoming television show titled Peacemaker, which is based on a series of superheroes originally created and owned by a comic book publication known by the name of Charlton Comics, which was later acquired by Detective Comics. Peacemaker debuted in Fightin' 5 #40 in November 1966. The show will be released on video streaming service platform HBO Max and is a spin-off of 2021's The Suicide Squad film. It is produced by Troll Court Entertainment and The Safran Company in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Gunn is next set to direct Marvel Studios Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3, which is slated to release in the theatres on May 5, 2023.
